| 1 | pound | sea scallops | |
| 8 | ounces | lobster meat | |
| 1 | each | onion | finely diced |
| 3 | each | celery stalks | finely diced |
| 1 | can | mushrooms | sliced, 8oz |
| 1 | each | green bell pepper | finely diced |
| 2 | tablespoons | butter | |
| 1 | can | soup, cream of mushroom | 10oz |
| 1 | cup | bread crumbs | buttered |
Wipe scallops dry and lightly salt. Saute vegetables. Place in a greased casserole. Cover with soup, top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 F for 30-35 minutes.

This kung pao tofu is tasty, I used two green bell peppers and 1 large red bell peppers, I have no oyster sauce, so I used housin sauce, and it is still savory, tofu is a wonderful replacement of chicken, and in this recipe, you can't tell they are tofu or chicken after cooking with delicious sauce.
