Ingredients

1/2 cup apple cider
1 1/3 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon whole-grain wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 tablespoons yogurt, plain
2 1/2 tablespoons honey
1/3 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/2 tablespoons walnuts
2 1/2 tablespoons egg beaten
1/3 cup applesauce
1/3 cup apples, granny smith
1 1/4 teaspoons yeast, active dry

Directions

Put ingredients into bread machine and press "Start".

10 Minute Szechuan Chicken

I love this recipe, it's easy and delicious and uses ingredients I usually have on hand. I recommend adding garlic at the END of the browning of the chicken, so garlic won't burn. If you use regular Soy Sauce (instead of Low Salt), add less - 1/4 cup is plenty.
