| 2 | pounds | beef, steak | round, cut 1/2 inch thick |
| 1 | x | garlic salt | |
| 1 | x | salt | |
| 1 | x | black pepper | |
| 1 | each | onion | thinly sliced |
| 3-4 | each | potatoes | peeled, quartered, optional |
| 1 1/2 | cup | vegetable stock | or chicken or beef |
| 1 | each | green beans | can, drained |
| 1 | each | soup, tomato | can |
| 1 | each | tomatoes | can |
Season round steak lightly with garlic salt, salt, and pepper. Cut into serving pieces and place in crockpot with sliced onion which has been separated into rings. Add potatoes and green beans. Top with tomato soup and tomatoes. Cover and cook on Low 8 hours.
Remove cover during last half-hour if too much liquid.
