Ingredients

1 quart sherbert lemon
1 cup rum
1 split champagne iced

Directions

In a chilled bowl, turn out the lemon sherbet.

Slowly, mix the rum into it.

Now quickly add the champagne which has been chilled, and serve in sherbet glasses.

It should be of a mushy texture so you can drink it instead of using a spoon.
