| 1 1/2 | pound | ground beef | |
| 3 | each | bread | sliced, torn into small pieces |
| 1 | each | egg | |
| 10 | ounces | tomatoes, canned | rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies |
| 1 | each | onion | chopped |
| 2 | teaspoons | chili powder | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
| 1/3 | cup | chili sauce |
Combine first 7 ingredients. Spread in ungreased 8 1/2x4 1/2x2 1/2 inch loaf pan Bake 1 hour at 375 covered with foil; drain excess drippings. Spoon chili sauce over cooked loaf and bake 15 minutes more uncovered.
Made two meat loafs last week and it turned out great. gave some of my friends some and they like the spicy taste it had. this is one that I will make more often.

My husband liked the spiciness of this meatloaf. I thought it was pretty good, but needs another egg to help hold it together.

This was very simple. I added a jalapeno pepper and it was very VERY spicy.
