Rick’s Favorite Pizza piles on five cheeses - mozzarella, muenster, provolone, cheddar, and parmesan - loaded with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, and green peppers.

Mozzarella, muenster, provolone, cheddar, and parmesan all get shredded and mixed together before going on the crust. That combination melts into something richer and more complex than mozzarella alone ever could.
The sausage gets boiled in water first, then drained and rinsed - this pulls out most of the fat and keeps the pizza from going greasy under all that cheese. Classic toppings finish it out: pepperoni, mushrooms, green peppers, onion.

Ingredients
Directions
Crumble sausage in a medium saucepan, and cover with 2 inches of water, put on lid.
Gently boil sausage over low heat, crumbling with fork occasionally.
When cooked through, drain, rinse and drain thoroughly.
Set aside.
Mix all the cheeses in a large mixing bowl.
Sprinkle a couple of handfuls of cheese over prepared pizza Sprinkle on cheese, pepperoni, green peppers, Bake.
