Rhubarb - Barbecue Beef Ribs

4pounds beef, short ribs lean
1/2cup water
1/2teaspoon seasoned salt
Barbecue sauce
1cup rhubarb sliced*
1envelope onion soup mix *
1/3cup honeyVideo
1/3cup chili sauce
3/4cup rose wine *
1/3cup water
1/2teaspoon basilVideo *
1/8teaspoon black pepper *
1x red onion
1x greens *

Place ribs in 9 X 13" pan.

Add 1/2 cup water.

Sprinkle ribs with seasoned salt.

Cover with foil.

Bake @ 350 degrees for two hours.

Meanwhile,combine remaining ingredients except garnish in a sauce pan.

Simmer 1/2 hour.

Pour over ribs.

Bake another 1/2 hour uncovered.

Baste several times.

Place on serving platter.

Garnish. Serves 6.
