| 1/2 | cup | chickpeas (garbanzo beans) | soaked overnight |
| 1/2 | cup | lima beans | soaked overnight |
| 1/2 | cup | white beans | small navy, soaked overnight |
| 1/2 | cup | millet | cooked |
| 1/2 | cup | pearl barley | |
| 1 | tablespoon | rosemary leaves | fresh, to taste |
| 1 | tablespoon | thyme | fresh, to taste |
| 1 | teaspoon | oregano | fresh, to taste |
| 1 | teaspoon | sage | fresh, to taste |
| 1 | tablespoon | nutritional yeast | |
| 16 | ounces | tomato sauce |
Add all ingredients to crockpot and turn on.
I add salt to it as it is served not during the cooking process.
