Ingredients

2 cups red kidney beans cooked
1 each onion finely sliced
2 each apples cored, chopped
1 tablespoon parsley leaves chopped
1 tablespoon cilantro chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 pinch black pepper freshly ground
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon basil marjoram or oregano
4 each garlic cloves finely minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon wine vinegar

Directions

Put the beans in a salad bowl, combine with the rest of the ingredients.
