| 4 | large | eggs | |
| 1 | cup | milk | |
| 1 | tablespoon | baking powder | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | optional |
| 2 | cups | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1/2 | cup | butter | melted |
| 1 | tablespoon | sugar | |
| 1 | teaspoon | vanilla extract | optional |
Beat eggs and sugar until light and foamy. Add cooled melted butter, milk and vanilla extract. Sift flour and baking powder and add to egg mixture. Add salt & beat well. Bake in waffle iron and serve.
These were great! Very tasty. Best of all, my 8 year old daughter and her friend made them from start to finish. All I did was melt the butter...

I made this cheesecake with a couple of alterations - I used crushed teddy grahams for the crust and didn't add sugar to it. For the filling I added more creamcheese and cut down the sugar a bit. It turned out VERY well
