Ingredients

1 pound rainbow trout
6-8 ounces stuffing mix, package
3 ounces vegetable oil
4 each lemon sliced, wedges

Directions

Place fish in greased baking dish. Prepare 6-8 oz. suffing mix according to package directions. Stuff fish; brush with oil. Cover; bake 425 degrees 20-25 minutes until fish flakes.

Serve with lemon wedges.
