| 12 | ounces | oysters | fresh or frozen |
| 2 | cups | oyster liqueur | and water |
| 1 | each | soup, cream of leek, mix | 1 3/4 oz package |
| 1 | cup | milk | |
| 1 | tablespoon | parsley leaves | fresh, chopped |
Thaw frozen oysters. Drain oysters, reserving liquor. Add oyster liquor and water to soup mix and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, stirring occasionally. Add oysters and heat 3 to 5 minutes longer or until edges of oysters begin to curl.
Sprinkle with parsley. Serves 6.
Note: Approximately 65 calories per serving.
