| 2 | each | flour tortillas (6-inch) | |
| 1/4 | cup | cheddar cheese | shredded |
| 1 | x | olive oil | |
| 1/4 | cup | pizza sauce | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | cumin | ground |
| 2 | tablespoons | refried beans | |
| 1 | tablespoon | green chili peppers | dried |
| 1 | tablespoon | scallions, spring or green onions | thinly sliced |
| 1 | tablespoon | olives | ripe, sliced |
| 1 | tablespoon | monterey jack cheese | shredded |
Sprinkle one tortilla with Cheddar cheese; top with second tortilla.
Brush lightly with oil; place on baking sheet.
Bake in preheated 450'F. oven for 4 minutes.
In small bowl, combine pizza sauce and cumin; spread on Spoon on refried beans; sprinkle with chiles, green onion, olives and Monterey Jack cheese.
Bake in preheated 450'F. oven for 3 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
Cut into wedges.

Made this broccoli and basil frittata yesterday, just uploaded the photos and edited the recipe, I like the slowly cooking skill in this recipe, under the slow process, everything was cooked perfectly, and all the flavor went together, delicious. Good breakfast recipe.
