Ingredients

3/4 cup pumpkin pie filling
1/3 cup milk, skim
1 large egg
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/3 cups bread flour
2/3 cup whole wheat flour
3 tablespoons brown sugar packed
2 tablespoons gluten flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon allspice
2 teaspoons yeast, active dry
1/2 cup walnuts coarsely chopped
1/3 cup dates chopped

Directions

Add ingredients to the machine in the order listed with the exception of walnuts and dates.

Bake on fruit and nut cycle. When addition beep sounds, add walnuts and dates.

Makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf.

Thai Basil Beef

This was very good! Thanks! I did end up using more fish sause and a little soy sause and garlic salt for flavour. My son ate his whole plate and asked for seconds, and so did my husband. Awesome!
