| 2 | cups | buttermilk | |
| 2 | teaspoons | baking soda | |
| 1 | cup | flour, all-purpose | white |
| 2 | cups | graham flour | |
| 1 | teaspoon | baking powder | |
| 1 | tablespoon | vegetable shortening | melted |
Beat first four ingredients, add soda dissolved in milk. Add flour and baking powder sifted together, then shortening. Bake in 5x10 inch greased pan for 1 hour in oven 375 degrees F.
