Directions

Put all ingredients except sunflower seeds into pan of bread machine.

If using sunflower seeds, set to "mix" cycle and add at beep.

I have no bread maker just want to make bread the old fashon way

is there a way to make this recipie gluten free

You can use rice flour or quinoa flour instead of wheat flour, it might a little dense, but I think that would work! Hope this helps!

How is this made without a bread machine? I do my bread without one and desperately miss Poulsbo bread!

I miss that bread also! I loved it, and would fly from utah with a loaf in my carry on home to mn.
