Ingredients

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 Pounds pork cut in 1 inch cubes
1 each onion large
1 each sweet red bell pepper diced
1 each green bell pepper diced
2 each garlic cloves minced
1 each jalapeno pepper fresh
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 1/2 Teaspoons salt
8 ounces chilies green,

Directions

Brown pork in oil.

Add rest of ingredients except for chilies and cook for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

Add green chilies before serving.
