Ingredients

3 pound pork loin up to 4 pounds, boneless
glaze
1 cup honey
1/4 cup orange juice up to 1/2 cup
1 dash ginger and powdered cloves

Directions

Brush over roast.

Cook another hour-loosely covered, basting 2-3 times.

Serve with black beans and rice and a cucumber and onion salad.
