Ingredients

1 each cake mix yellow or white
3 ounces pudding mix, instant vanilla flavour
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
5 large eggs
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
2 tablespoons almond extract

Directions

Beat all ingredients for 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 300 for 55 mins to 1 hr 15 mins.

This is a really good cake. With the addition of almond extract, it makes it extra tastey. You could serve it to company or just enjoy it with your family. I will definitely make it again!

Applesauce Peanut Butter Squares

I made these with splenda brand sweetner instead of sugar and they where delicious, even my boyfriend loved them it's a great way to reduce the calories. Super great for diabetics! Just sub splenda 1 cup instaed of sugar,and follow recipe as is.
