Ingredients

1/2	cup	butter
1/2	cup	vegetable oil
1	pound	marshmallows
8	cups	popcorn, popped
1	pound	gumdrops	no black
2	cups	mixed nuts

Directions

Melt first 3 ingredients.

Mix until very smooth. Mix corn, nuts and gumdrops together.

Pour melted mixture over corn mixture and quickly stir and pour into tube pan.

Let cool, then slice. Do not bake.
