12each pigs' tails cut up*
1pound lima beans soaked
1each onion sliced
1clove garlicVideo chopped
2each sweet bell peppers sliced
1/2teaspoon dry mustard
1/4cup parsley leaves chopped

Place in a pot and cover with water; simmer for 1/2 hour, skimming to remove any scum.

Add all other ingredients.

Cook for another 1 to 1 1/2 hours until tender.
