Picnic burritos with taco-seasoned mayo, sliced turkey, shredded cheese, and crisp lettuce - no cooking required, ready in 15 minutes. Make-ahead and fridge-stable up to 2 hours.

These are technically burritos in name only - no beans, no rice, no heat source required.

What you get is a cold turkey wrap with a taco-seasoned mayo spread that adds just enough kick to make it far more interesting than a plain sandwich. The trick is spreading mayo on the plain end of the tortilla before rolling - that sticky edge seals everything shut and keeps the filling tidy.

Roll, wrap in plastic, refrigerate up to 2 hours. Perfect for picnics, road trips, or make-ahead lunch prep.

Directions

Mix mayonnaise and seasoning mix; spread on each tortilla; sprinkle with cheese.

Layer with turkey, tomato and lettuce, leaving about 2 inches at one side covered with mayonnaise mixture only.

Beginning at side layered with turkey, roll up each tortilla.

To serve immediately, cut in half or securely wrap uncut burritos with plastic wrap and refrigerate up to 2 hours; cut in half.
