Ingredients

1 cup sugar
1 stick butter
2 large eggs beaten
2 cups persimmon pulp
2 cups flour, all-purpose
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cloves ground
1 cup nuts chopped
1 cup raisins, seedless

Directions

In large mixing bowl, beat in eggs and pulp, then all the other ingredients in the order given.

Shape in to cookies and drop onto cookie sheet.

Bake 10-12 minutes in 350 F. oven.
