Ingredients

3 cups rice cooked
2 cups turkey diced, cooked
1/2 cup celery sliced
2 ounces pimentos diced, drained
1/3 cup salad dressing dijon mustard
1 x lettuce leaves

Directions

Combine rice, turkey, celery, pimientos, and dressing in large bowl.

Serve over lettuce leaves.
