| 1/3 | cup | butter | melted |
| 1 | teaspoon | garlic | fresh, minced |
| 1 | cup | bread crumbs | |
| 1 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | red pepper flakes | ground |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | black pepper | ground |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | onion powder | |
| 4 | large | pork chops |
Melt butter with garlic.
Mix other ingredients together in shallow dish.
Dip chops in the butter-garlic mix and coat with bread crumb mixture.
If freezing: Flash freeze until hard then store in air tight container/zip lock bag.
Thaw before cooking.
Bake in 375 degrees F oven for 20-30 minutes until done.
