| 1/4 | cup | yogurt, low-fat | plain |
| 1 | tablespoon | lemon juice | |
| 2 | each | garlic cloves | crushed |
| 1 | tablespoon | honey | warmed |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoons | cumin | ground |
| 12 | each | pork leg schnitzels |
Combine peanut butter with yogurt, juice garlic honey and cumin in a bowl, mix well.
Brush schnitzels with yogurt mixture.
Add schnitzels toheated, greased griddle pan (or grill or BBQ),
cook until browned on both sides and just tender.
