Ingredients

cake
1 package cake mix deluxe french vanilla
3 large eggs
3/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup peach schnapps
1/3 cup vegetable oil
glaze
1/2 cup peach preserves
2 tablespoons peach schnapps
Optional extra topping
1 cup whipped topping, prepared
2 teaspoons peach schnapps

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Grease and flour 10 inch bundt pan.

CAKE: Combine cake mix, eggs, orange juice, peach schnapps and oil in a large bowl.

Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour into pan.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 45-50 minutes or until tested done.

Cool 10 minutes.

Invert on serving plate.

GLAZE: Combine peach preserves and peach schnapps in small bowl.

Brush glaze on warm cake.

OPTIONAL: Combine 1 cup Cool Whip with 2 tsp peach schnapps.

Spoon onto cake slices when served.

Fresh Blueberry Cream Pie

I didn't care for this pie because of the cream filling which tasted too much like sour cream. I feel maybe it needed some vanilla or more eggs to get rid of that overwhelming taste. Everyone else though liked it and thought the blueberries played down the sour cream taste. So I will probably make it again for others.
