| 8 | ounces | shell macaroni | uncooked |
| 8 | ounces | yogurt, plain | low-fat |
| 1/4 | cup | orange juice | frozen concentrate, thawed |
| 15 | ounce can | mandarin oranges | drained |
| 1 | cup | grapes, seedless | red |
| 1 | cup | grapes, seedless | white |
| 1 | each | apple | red, cored, diced |
| 1/2 | cup | celery | sliced |
| 1/2 | cup | walnut halves | |
| 1 | x | lettuce | for garnish |
| 1 | x | strawberries | for garnish |
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Chill in cold water and drain well.
Blend orange juice concentrate and yogurt well.
Toss mixture with remaining ingredients and pasta.
Cover and chill thoroughly.
Serve on a bed of lettuce.
Garnish with fresh strawberries.
