Ingredients

1bag pasta blend
1pound shrimp
1cup salad dressing, vinaigrette
3cups honeydew melon balls

Directions

Prepare Summer Garden Pasta Blend according to package Dreain and rinse with cold water and put into a large bowl.

Prepare shrimp according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water; add to pasta blend.

Add salad dressing and melon balls to bowl. Stir well. Chill until ready to serve.

Stephen Lee's Zucchini-Pesto Muffins

I also made these zucchini pesto muffins, and I think they are the best muffins I have ever made. They are savory and tasty, I used the Thai basil and four egg whites, and muffins pumped out beautiful, and all the ingredients were just perfect flavor together.
