| 6 | teaspoons | chili powder | |
| 4 | teaspoons | garlic powder | |
| 3 | tablespoons | onion powder | |
| 1 | tablespoon | cumin | |
| 1 | tablespoon | oregano | |
| 2 | tablespoons | sugar | |
| 1 | tablespoon | black pepper |
Mix all ingredients well and store in airtight container.
Dry rub meat with spice mixture.
Marinate meat overnight.
Sear and roast in a 350 degrees F. oven for 15 minutes and place on a serving platter.
Sauté onions and peppers and spoon over meat.
