| 2 | pounds | caribou ribs | |
| 1 | tablespoon | vegetable oil | |
| 1 | x | salt and black pepper | |
| 2 | tablespoons | brown sugar | |
| 16 | ounces | tomato sauce | |
| 2 | tablespoons | vinegar | |
| 2 | teaspoons | prepared mustard | |
| 1 | teaspoon | red hot pepper sauce (eg. Tabasco) |
Place ribs in a large oven proof dish.
Brush lightly with cooking oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake at 325-350 degrees F. until fairly well done, turning once.
Combine the remaining ingredients with the tomato sauce; pour over ribs.
Bake until done, basting occasionally with sauce.
