Ingredients

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons orange juice
1/4 cup hazelnut oil up to 1/2 cup
1 x salt to taste
1 x black pepper to taste

Directions

Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl. Only add enough hazelnut oil to reach desired consistency.

Season, to taste, with salt and pepper.
