This sparkling punch brings together chilled champagne, ginger ale, and fresh orange juice for a fizzy, citrus-bright cocktail that works beautifully at brunches, showers, and holiday gatherings.

The frozen strawberries do double duty here: they keep the punch cold without diluting it like ice would, and they look gorgeous bobbing on top of those golden bubbles.

Pour the ginger ale in last and stir gently so you don’t knock out all the carbonation. The balance of dry champagne with sweet ginger ale and tangy OJ hits a crowd-pleasing sweet spot that even non-champagne drinkers enjoy.

Pro Tips

  • Chill every ingredient thoroughly before mixing. Warm liquids go flat fast.
  • Use frozen strawberries straight from the freezer. They act as edible ice cubes and keep the punch cold longer.
  • A brut or extra-dry champagne works best since the ginger ale and OJ already add sweetness.
  • Assemble in a glass pitcher or punch bowl right before serving to keep maximum fizz.

Variations

  • Swap ginger ale for lemon-lime soda or tonic water for a different sparkle.
  • Add a splash of Grand Marnier or Cointreau for a boozier, orange-forward punch.
  • Use sparkling cider instead of champagne for a non-alcoholic version.
