Directions

Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃).

In a large bowl with electric mixer, cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla.

On low speed, blend in flour, baking powder, and baking soda until smooth; stir in milk, oats, M&Ms and raisins; mix well.

Lightly grease baking sheets, or spray with nonstick cooking spray.

For jumbo cookies, drop a level ¼ cup dough onto prepared sheets; flatten slightly; bake 15 minutes, or until lightly golden.

For regular-size cookies, drop by rounded tbsp, and bake 12 minutes.

Cool completely on wire racks.

Makes 24 jumbo cookies or about 50 regular-size cookies.
