| 6 | cups | cabbage | shredded |
| 1/4 | cup | scallions, spring or green onions | chopped |
| 1/3 | cup | celery | chopped |
| 1/3 | cup | peanuts | roasted |
| 2 | tablespoons | sugar | |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoons | seasoned salt | |
| 2 | tablespoons | red wine vinegar | |
| 2/3 | cup | salad dressing, italian |
Combine cabbage, green onions, celery and peanuts in large bowl.
Blend sugar, salt, vinegar and dressing.
Pour over cabbage mixture and toss well.
