8ounces cream cheese
1/2teaspoon salt
1 1/2tablespoons lemon juice
1/4teaspoon black pepper freshly ground*
6 1/2ounces sardines skinless, boneless, drained*
1tablespoon parsley leaves chopped
1/8teaspoon red hot pepper sauce (eg. Tabasco) *
1x capers *

Cream together first four ingredients.

Mash sardines and beat into cheese mixture with parsley and hot sauce.

Form into mound or desired shape.

Garnish with capers and parsley.

Serve with toast fingers, bread or crackers.
