| 10 | ounces | noodles | or fettucine |
| 1/2 | pound | blue cheese | |
| 1/4 | cup | whipped cream | |
| 1/4 | cup | parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated | grated |
| 1 | x | black pepper | freshly ground |
While pasta is cooking in boiling salt water, crumble cheese and mix it with the cream and pepper.
Drain the pasta, and place in a frying pan.
Add the cheese mixture and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve hot with grated cheese.
