| 2 | packages | instant pudding mix, butterscotch | |
| 2 | cups | cream, half and half | |
| 1 | cup | pecans | chopped |
In a large bowl, beat eggs until light and fluffy.
Beat in brown sugar, milk and pudding mix until smooth.
Stir in half-and-half and pecans.
Freeze.

This was an amazing recipe. Very easy and delicious! The only thing I had to correct was the baking time. I needed to bake it about 45 minutes.
