No-Bake Marshmallow-Chip Clusters

Ingredients

3 tablespoons butter, unsalted
4 1/4 cups miniature marshmallows divided
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup peanuts roasted, chopped
1/2 cup raisins, seedless
1 1/2 cups pretzels unsalted, broken up
1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet)

Directions

In saucepan, melt butter. Stir in 3-1/4 cups marshmallows until melted. Off heat, add vanilla.

In large bowl, mix together peanuts, raisins and pretzels.

Add marshmallow mixture and stir to coat.

Let cool slightly and add remaining marshmallows and chocolate chips.

Spray hands with cooking spray and roll mixture into haystacks or ball-shapes and place on waxed paper lined baking sheets.

Chill until set.
