| 8 | ounces | cream cheese | softened |
| 1 | tablespoon | orange zest | grated |
| 2 | tablespoons | orange juice | |
| 1/2 | cup | sugar | confectioners |
| 8 | inch | crumb crust | |
| 6 | each | tart shells | crumb |
| 2 | cups | fruit | fresh |
Beat cheese, rind, juice, and sugar together until fluffy.
Fill pie crust o tart shells with cheese mixture.
Chill thoroughly.
Top with fruit.
Add 1 tablesppon lemon juice to peaches or nectarines to prevent discoloration.
Sprinkle more sugar generously over fruit.

I used this recipe at my wedding rehersal dinner. It was excellent.
