This recipe was a wonderful mix of fruity flavors that were not too sweet. I love mango and these are very very good!

Ingredients

12 ounces apricot nectar mango
12 ounces pineapple juice
3/4 cup water cold
6 ounces orange juice frozen, concentrate, thawed and undiluted
750 millilitres champagne cold

Directions

Stir together apricot nectar, pineapple juice, water, and orange juice concentrate in a large pitcher until combined.

Pour in bottle of sparkling wine just before serving.

Great Latin Quinoa

I think quinoa is an excellent gain, it can absorb any flavor you add into, fantastic taste, and I used fresh green and red chiles, they were really spicy but very tasty, but you don't love spicy, you should reduce the amount of the chiles.
