Directions

Spray a 4 qt.

Dutch oven with pam. Heat over Medium heat for 1 minute.

Add ham, onion, garlic and rosemary.

Cook until onion is tender, stirring often.

Add broth, peas, potatoes, green and pepper.

heat to boiling.

Reduce heat to Low.

Cover and cook for 30 minutes or until potatoes and greens are tender, stirring occasionally.

Stir in parsley.
