| 1/2 | cup | sunflower seeds | |
| 2 | tablespoons | gluten flour | |
| 2 | tablespoons | sugar | |
| 1/2 | tablespoon | salt | |
| 1 | large | eggs | |
| 1 3/4 | cups | water | boiling |
| 1/2 | cup | whole wheat bulgur | |
| 1/2 | cup | millet | |
| 4 | tablespoons | corn syrup | |
| 2 | tablespoons | vegetable oil |
Cool to room temperature. Combine boiling water with bulgur wheat, millet, corn syrup, and oil.
Cool to room temperature.
Put ingredients into bread machine and press "Start".
