Ingredients

355.0ml water up to 1 1/2 cups if needed
45.0ml sugarVideo
7.5ml salt
23.0ml butterVideo
355.0ml mozzarella cheese shredded
23.0ml sundried tomatoes crumbled or chopped into bits
45.0ml onion, dried flakes
7.5ml basilVideo minced
710.0ml bread flour
23.0ml milk, skim, (non fat) powderVideo
15.0ml yeast, active dry

Directions

It's for a bread machine, but you could make it by hand in the conventional way, as well.

Place ingredients in your bread maker in order given (start at bottom for a Welbilt/Dak bread machine), set crust to light and bake on white bread setting.

To make it by hand, make basic white bread adding the extra ingredients.

Excellent bread recipe. We used extra sundried tomato, added a few minced garlic cloves and used 1/2 whole wheat flour. After the bread machine kneaded and the bread rised we divided and shaped balls to make a perfect size for hamburger buns. See the photo for the results.

This bread was simply DELICIOUS! I'm just sorry I won't be able to make it myself.

I got rid of my bread machine because I was making bread too often. :) My friends will have to make it and share with me.

I also can't make bread from scratch. :)

This was absolutely the BEST!!!! SO moist...wonderful flavor. Will add more tomatoes the next time tho, probably double.
I brushed the tops of the rolls with virgin olive oil when they came out of the oven..wonderful!!!
