| 1 1/2 | pounds | ground beef, lean | |
| 1 | cup | milk | |
| 1 | each | egg | slightly beaten |
| 3/4 | cup | bread crumbs | |
| 1 | medium | onion | finely chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon | green bell pepper | finely chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon | ketchup | |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoons | salt | |
| 1 | teaspoon | horseradish sauce | |
| 1 | teaspoon | sugar | |
| 1 | teaspoon | allspice | ground |
| 1 | teaspoon | dill weed | |
| 1 | x | ketchup | for drizzling |
In lgarge bowl, combine first 12 ingredients, mix well.
Press into a loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hr.
Drizzle top of loaf with ketchup; bake 15 minutes more or until no pink remains.
