| 1 | cup | chocolate wafer crumbs | |
| 3 | tablespoons | margarine | melted |

| 3 | packages | cream cheese | softened, 8 ounces each |
| 2/3 | cup | sugar | |
| 3 | large | eggs | |
| 6 | ounce | chocolate, semisweet | |
| 1/2 | cup | creme de menthe | chopped |
| 1/2 | cup | sour cream | |
| 1 | teaspoon | vanilla extract | |
BODY: Combine crumbs and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F, 10 minutes.
BODY: Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Blend in chocolate, mint wafers, sour cream and vanilla; pour over crust.
Bake at 350 degrees F, 50 minutes.
Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan.
Chill.
Garnish with additional mint wafers, if desired.

This recipe is always a hit. I got this recipe from the newpaper years age and has never failed me. A great dish for entertaining.
