Pour brownie batter into flat-bottomed ice cream cones, zap them in the microwave, and top with swirls of chocolate frosting.
No plates needed, no crumbs everywhere, just happy kids holding their own personal brownie cones.
Perfect for birthday parties, bake sales, or a rainy afternoon project.
Kitchen Tips
- Use flat-bottomed cones so they stand upright in the microwave
- Fill only three-quarters full; the batter rises as it cooks
- Watch carefully since microwave times vary; start with less time and add more if needed
