Ingredients

2 cups flour, self-rising
1 cup flour, all-purpose
3 tablespoons sugar
12 ounces beer
1 tablespoon butter softened
1 x cornflake crumbs as needed

Directions

Mix together all ingredients.

Spray a glass loaf pan with cooking spray; sprinkle bottom and sides with crumbs.

Spoon batter into pan and top with butter and a light sprinkling of cornflake crumbs.

Microwave on medium for 9 minutes, then on high for 2 minutes.

Mushroom Stuffed Tomatoes

I eat vegetables more, seldom eat meat, I tried this recipe, excellent, I added a little more almonds and more garlic, added 1.5 tablespoons cheese, mixed very well. I just want to say very appreciate the people who invented this recipe, great!
