| 1 | pound | ground beef | |
| 1 | cup | pretzels | crumbs |
| 1/2 | cup | onion | chopped |
| 4 | ounces | green chili peppers | seeded and chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons | chorizo sausage | chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon | chili seasoning mix | |
| 2 | cloves | garlic | crushed |
| 8 | ounces | monterey jack cheese | |
| 2 | each | sweet bell peppers | green |
Preheat oven to 375F.
Combine all ingredients, except cheese and the 2 green peppers, in a medium bowl until well blended.
Make 10 meatballs with a 1 inch cube of Jack cheese in the center of each.
Cut peppers into quarters and remove seeds.
Place meatballs into the center of each pepper and bake 20-30 minutes.
