| 1/2 | head | iceberg lettuce | |
| 1/2 | head | boston lettuce | |
| 1/2 | head | chicory | |
| 1/2 | pound | spinach | |
| 1/2 | head | romaine lettuce | |
| 5 | tablespoons | salad dressing, italian | |
| 1 | tablespoon | parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated |
Rinse and crisp the salad greens.
Break iceberg lettuce into bite-size pieces.
Carefully pat iceberg dry on towel.
Place in large plastic bag.
Add 1 tablespoon Italian dressing.
Shake lightly until all leaves are covered.
Place in strip on medium platter or plate.
Repeat with each green.
Sprinkle lightly with Parmesan cheese.
