Ingredients

1/2 head iceberg lettuce
1/2 head boston lettuce
1/2 head chicory
1/2 pound spinach
1/2 head romaine lettuce
5 tablespoons salad dressing, italian
1 tablespoon parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated

Directions

Rinse and crisp the salad greens.

Break iceberg lettuce into bite-size pieces.

Carefully pat iceberg dry on towel.

Place in large plastic bag.

Add 1 tablespoon Italian dressing.

Shake lightly until all leaves are covered.

Place in strip on medium platter or plate.

Repeat with each green.

Sprinkle lightly with Parmesan cheese.
